Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 (regardless of order size)
- Best for customers who want faster delivery
2. Free Shipping (via EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders of $50 or more
- Economical option for larger orders
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Raw Food products (due to their perishable nature)
- Opened grooming products (unless defective)
- Used litter accessories
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return Authorization by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with the RAN clearly visible

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d prefer
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a return shipping label if needed
