Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Raw Food products (due to perishable nature)
  • Opened grooming products (unless defective)
  • Used litter accessories

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Request a Return Authorization by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with the RAN clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our return center at:

  5. Email us the tracking number once shipped

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a return shipping label if needed
